The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) is the Federal Government’s lead agency for scientific research on the diverse medical and health care systems, practices, and products that are not generally considered part of conventional medicine – check out their supplements and herbs research.
Natural Medicines Database Unbiased, scientific clinical information on complementary, alternative and integrative therapies. Some free information. I am a member and I can download any resources about supplements for you.
Disordered Eating and Eating Disorders

Green Mountain at Fox Run – I have been here personally and give it my highest recommendation to any woman (sorry fellas, it is ladies only) who needs a wellness “reboot” and can take 1 or more weeks away from life. If you can’t visit, you can subscribe to their blog and newsletter too.
